Honestly, this is one of the nicest laundry rooms I’ve been to in Berkeley. It’s super clean, quiet, and actually a great place to get some work done while you wait. They’ve got reliable Wi-Fi and hot coffee, which makes a Saturday morning chore feel a lot more like a relaxed cafe session. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free experience.

Amazing! The ozone wash not available anywhere else, and it truly gets things cleaner - a must if you have kids, pets, are an athlete etc.

I will keep coming back here for laundry needs. They have oversized machines that fit my comforter and it’s clean with a parking lot in back. Be sure to use their app to pay, it’s so easy and shows you the amount of time remaining so you can go do other things.

Spectacular laundromat! First wash free with the DexterPay app install, which supports apple pay and sends status notification! Machines feel new and well cared for. Attendant always on site. Place to catch up with work, free wifi! Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the better laundromats I’ve been to in Oakland. The store itself is clean, well lit, and comfortable, and you can tell they put effort into keeping it that way. The machines are newer and easy to figure out, and the staff was friendly and available if I had questions. Overall just a really smooth experience.

I've been to both Laundry Room locations--Berkeley and Oakland--and funny enough, they're both on San Pablo. I actually ended up at the Oakland one by accident (directionally challenged over here!), but I'm glad I did because both spots are equally impressive. Over the past year, I've dealt with housing instability, which means I've spent a lot of time in laundromats across the Bay Area. For me, keeping my clothes clean is a way of maintaining dignity and stability when life feels chaotic. Right now, I'm staying with friends and doing laundry for their whole household every week, so I've become something of a laundromat connoisseur. And let me tell you--The Laundry Room chain is hands-down the nicest laundromat experience I've had anywhere.

Best in the neighborhood. Very clean and quiet. Restroom available for patrons. Different options to pay which was super nice since I thought I'd need to go to an atm. They offer an app called dexterpay that allows you to use your card. If you sign up you get 1 free wash! Free stuff is always nice. They also have a small area to purchase laundry soap and softener. The of course offer fluff and fold same day and next day service. Right in the corner so easy to find. Parking is available but not Alot. Drink and snack vending machines on site. There is also street parking. Open until 9 every day. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best laundry in Oakland. The owner has done a wonderful job. good customer service brand new washers and dryers and the best of all is the place is very clean. They also offer soap in case you don’t bring any I LOVE THIS PLACE I WILL RECOMEND IT
